Top dental implant marketing agencies in 2026

By Connor Lai, Founder, Continuum Operations ·

Modern dental implant surgical suite

Implant marketing is a different business from general dental marketing. A full-arch patient is often in their fifties or older, has usually lived with failing teeth or dentures for years, and is weighing a decision that costs as much as a car. They research for weeks. They bring a spouse or an adult child to the consult. Financing decides a lot of cases.

So an agency that is good at filling a general dentist's hygiene schedule may be bad at implants. Cheap leads from a broad Facebook ad can bury your treatment coordinator in consults that never had a chance of accepting. What you are buying is accepted arches, and the agencies below go about getting them in quite different ways.

Quick answer

What is the best dental implant marketing agency in 2026?

It depends on how you want to pay and where your practice is losing cases. Continuum Operations suits implant and cosmetic practices in California, Oregon and Nevada that want ads and follow-up handled together. Progressive Dental Marketing calls itself the largest implant marketing agency and adds sales training. Cosmetics Growth charges per booked full-arch consult with no retainer. Lasso MD suits practices that want their own lead tracking software tied into their practice management system.

How we built this list

We read each agency's own website and wrote down what they say about themselves: who they serve, what they offer and how they charge when they publish it. Where an agency publishes results, we have not repeated them, because we can't check them. Read the "watch for" notes as questions to ask on the sales call.

The six agencies

1.Continuum Operations (us)

Our orthodontic page

Best for: Implant and cosmetic practices in California, Oregon and Nevada that get consults but lose too many cases afterwards.

  • A Bay Area agency working only with high-ticket practices: implant and cosmetic dentists, orthodontists, chiropractors and specialty clinics.
  • Offers websites, local SEO and AI search, Google and Meta ads, reviews, after-hours call answering and follow-up on consults that did not accept.
  • 90-day first term, then month to month, with a guarantee of a 30% improvement in cost per new patient or booked consults within 90 days or we keep working for free.
  • One practice per specialty per area. The practice owns every account we build.

Strengths

  • Follow-up on unaccepted cases is part of the service, which matters when a full-arch patient takes weeks to decide.
  • After-hours call coverage, so a patient who calls at 9pm reaches someone instead of voicemail.

Watch for

  • We are a young agency with no published implant case study yet.
  • West Coast only, and pricing is given on the call.

2.Progressive Dental Marketing

Website

Best for: Practices that want an agency built around implants, plus training for the team that sells the case.

  • Calls itself the world's largest dental implant marketing agency and says it works with about 1,100 dentists and 500 surgeons.
  • Offers websites, photography and video, paid search, social and video ads, SEO, and automated email and text follow-up.
  • Offers team training for closing cases and is associated with The Closing Institute.

Strengths

  • Implants and full arch are the core of the business rather than one service among many.
  • Sales training for the treatment coordinator sits alongside the marketing, which is where many full-arch cases are won or lost.

Watch for

  • At that size, ask how many implant practices each account manager handles and whether they work with competitors near you.
  • Pricing is not published.

3.Lasso MD

Website

Best for: Practices that want marketing plus software that tracks every lead to revenue.

  • Works with dental practices only and says more than 700 practices use it.
  • Offers custom websites, SEO, Google Ads, social media, branding, photography and video, online scheduling and call management.
  • Its PatientLoop software tracks leads and return on spend and says it connects to over 200 practice management systems, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental.

Strengths

  • Connecting lead tracking to your practice management system is how you find out which ads produced accepted cases.
  • Custom websites instead of templates.

Watch for

  • It serves all kinds of dental practices, so ask for implant and full-arch examples specifically.
  • Pricing is not published on the homepage.

4.Cosmetics Growth

Website

Best for: Practices that want to pay per booked consult instead of a monthly retainer.

  • Focuses on full-arch, implant and cosmetic practices. Founded by Dan Wang.
  • Publishes its pricing: a one-time setup fee of $2,497, then $450 to $550 per booked qualified full-arch consult, with no retainer and no markup on ad spend.
  • Lists lower per-consult prices for single implants and veneers, and offers Meta and Google ads, websites, SEO and AI follow-up.

Strengths

  • Published pricing, which almost nobody else on this list offers.
  • You pay ad spend directly to Meta and Google, so you can see exactly what was spent.

Watch for

  • Pay per consult rewards the agency for booked appointments, not accepted cases. Agree in writing what counts as qualified and what happens with no-shows.

5.Booked.Dental

Website

Best for: Implant and cosmetic clinics that want a patient acquisition system built around ads.

  • Builds patient acquisition systems for implant and cosmetic dental clinics, covering implants, All-on-4, full-mouth implants and veneers. Founded by David Lerner.
  • Offers a free clinic plan as its first step.

Strengths

  • Narrow focus on implant and cosmetic procedures.
  • Its stated aim is ads that find patients rather than clicks, which is the right priority for full arch.

Watch for

  • Pricing and contract terms are not published, so ask for both before starting.
  • Ask what happens after the lead arrives: who calls, how fast, and who follows up.

6.Inbound Medic

Website

Best for: Practices that want to invest in AI search visibility over the long run.

  • Based in New York City.
  • Works with dental implant and cosmetic practices as well as dermatology, orthopedics, fertility, med spas, pain management and larger health systems.
  • Focuses on answer engine optimization: structured data and websites built to be read and cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

Strengths

  • Deep focus on how AI assistants find and cite practices, an area most agencies are still catching up on.

Watch for

  • Its site describes investment amortised over 12 to 18 months, so this is a long-term build rather than a quick lift in consults.
  • Implants are one of many specialties.

Why cost per consult misleads

Most implant agencies report cost per lead or cost per consult, and those numbers can look great while the practice loses money. Picture two campaigns. One books twenty consults at $300 each and three accept. The other books ten consults at $600 each and five accept. Both cost $6,000, and the second produced two more arches.

The number to watch is marketing cost per accepted case. You need the agency's spend, their fee, and your case acceptance from the practice software. If an agency won't work from those numbers with you, it can't show you that it's getting better.

Where full-arch cases get lost

  1. The inquiry sits too long. A patient who filled in a form after dinner has often called two other practices by the next morning.
  2. The consult no-shows. Reminders by text and a call the day before help, and so does a short video from the doctor sent after booking.
  3. The patient says they need to think about it. This is where most money is lost. A full-arch decision often takes weeks, and practices that follow up for that whole stretch accept more cases than practices that call once.
  4. Financing falls through. Having more than one lender, and explaining monthly payments before the fee, keeps more patients in the conversation.

Questions to ask before you sign

  • Can I see a current implant client's report, in accepted cases?
  • Who calls new inquiries, and how quickly?
  • What counts as a qualified consult, and who decides?
  • Do you work with another implant practice within my area?
  • Are the ad accounts, website and tracking numbers in my practice's name?
  • What happens if the numbers haven't improved in 90 days?

Where to start

If full-arch consults aren't coming in at all, you need an agency strong on ads and on a website that explains full arch clearly. If consults come in and cases don't accept, spend on follow-up and coordinator training before you buy more leads. Either way, measure the agency on accepted cases. You can read how we handle it on our dental implant marketing page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does dental implant marketing cost?

Most agencies charge a monthly fee on top of ad spend and don't publish it. Some, like Cosmetics Growth, charge per booked consult instead. Compare them on marketing cost per accepted case.

Is pay per appointment better than a retainer?

It lowers your risk on bad months, but it pays the agency for booked consults, not accepted cases. Define what counts as qualified in writing, and track acceptance yourself.

Should I market single implants or full arch?

Full arch brings far higher case values and needs longer follow-up. Single implants bring more volume at a lower fee. Many practices run both with separate campaigns and pages.

How long before implant marketing produces cases?

Ads can book consults within weeks. Because full-arch patients take time to decide, expect accepted cases to lag consults by a month or more.
