Agency comparisons
Top chiropractic marketing agencies in 2026
By Connor Lai, Founder, Continuum Operations ·

Chiropractors get pitched by more marketing agencies than almost any other kind of practice. Some sell a $99 website. Some want a four-figure retainer and a contract. Some are run by chiropractors. From the outside they all promise more new patients, and it's hard to tell them apart.
The six below really are different from one another. They differ in price, in which channels they work, and in what size of practice they are built for. Knowing which one you are shopping for saves a lot of sales calls.
Quick answer
What is the best chiropractic marketing agency in 2026?
It depends on your practice's size and what you need. Continuum Operations suits chiropractors in California, Oregon and Nevada who want new patients and reactivation handled together. ChiroMatrix is the low-cost starting point, with plans from $99. Well Rounded Marketing is run by a chiropractor and works only with chiropractors. ChiroX is for practices doing over $1 million a year that want search marketing only. ChiroCandy covers the most channels, including streaming TV and reactivation.
How we built this list
Every fact below comes from the agency's own website: where it is based, who it serves, what it offers and its terms when it publishes them. We left out performance numbers because we can't check them.

The six agencies
1.Continuum Operations (us)
Our orthodontic pageBest for: Chiropractors in California, Oregon and Nevada who want new patients plus a system to bring inactive patients back.
- A Bay Area agency working only with practices: chiropractors, orthodontists, implant and cosmetic dentists and specialty clinics.
- Offers websites, local SEO and AI search, Google and Meta ads, reviews, after-hours call answering and reactivation of past patients.
- 90-day first term, then month to month, with a guarantee of a 30% improvement in cost per new patient or booked consults within 90 days or we keep working for free.
- One practice per specialty per area, and the practice owns every account we build.
Strengths
- Reactivation of inactive patients is part of the service. For many practices those patients are the quickest visits to win back.
- Missed and after-hours calls get answered, so a patient in pain who calls at 7pm can still book.
Watch for
- We are a young agency with no published chiropractic case study yet.
- West Coast only, and pricing is given on the call.
2.Well Rounded Marketing
WebsiteBest for: Chiropractors who want an agency built by someone who has run a practice.
- Based in San Diego, California, with a team of more than 35.
- Works only with chiropractors. Co-founded by Beau Pierce, D.C., who also founded Circle of Docs.
- Offers websites built on Webflow, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram marketing, and logo and brand design.
Strengths
- Chiropractic only, with a DC among the founders, so there is less to explain on the first call.
- A West Coast team for practices that prefer California hours.
Watch for
- Pricing is quoted on request, so compare it with others on the same scope.
3.ChiroMatrix
WebsiteBest for: New and solo practices that need a solid website and the basics without a big monthly bill.
- Part of iMatrix, with offices in El Segundo and San Diego, California, and over 18 years of experience.
- Offers chiropractic websites, SEO, an AI search tool, Google ads, reputation management, online booking, patient education, photo and video shoots, and more.
- Publishes plans starting from $99. A Google Premier Partner.
Strengths
- The lowest published starting price on this list.
- A long menu of practice tools, like online booking and bill pay, alongside the marketing.
Watch for
- Entry plans are mostly website and software. Ask what the plan at your budget includes for ads and hands-on management.
4.ChiroX
WebsiteBest for: Established practices doing $1 million or more that want Google search done well and nothing else.
- Works only with chiropractic practices doing over $1 million a year, including multi-location practices.
- Search marketing only: Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, landing pages and websites. No social media and no Facebook ads.
- Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Takes up to five new partners per quarter.
Strengths
- Clear about what it won't do, which is rare.
- Short commitment for an agency at this level.
Watch for
- Smaller practices won't qualify.
- No social or Meta ads, so if your best patients come from Facebook you will need someone else for that.
5.Online Chiro
WebsiteBest for: Practices that want websites and patient communication tools with HIPAA in mind.
- Based in Downers Grove, Illinois, with over 20 years in chiropractic marketing.
- Offers practice websites, online scheduling, SEO, Google and Facebook ads, social media, patient education and review management.
- Offers encrypted email and forms for patient communication, and describes its tools as HIPAA compliant.
Strengths
- Encrypted forms matter the moment a patient types symptoms into your website.
- Long history in the field, and it lists support from chiropractic associations.
Watch for
- Pricing is on a separate packages page, so check what each package includes.
6.ChiroCandy
WebsiteBest for: Practices that want one agency running many channels at once.
- Founded in 2015 and led by founder Billy Sticker, who chairs a Texas Chiropractic Association committee.
- Says it has served more than 2,000 practices.
- Offers Meta and Google ads, SEO and AI search, streaming TV ads, websites, retargeting, social media, patient reactivation and an AI patient coordinator.
Strengths
- The widest range of channels here, including streaming TV.
- Reactivation and an AI coordinator, so it doesn't stop at bringing in new traffic.
Watch for
- More channels usually means more spend. Start with the one or two that fit your market.
- Pricing is not published on the homepage.
What to measure
For a chiropractic practice, the useful numbers are new patients per month, what each new patient cost you, and PVA (the average number of visits per patient). An agency that brings in fifty new patients who each come once has done less for you than one that brings twenty-five who complete a care plan.
Ask any agency you talk to how it will report on those numbers. You'll need to share figures from your practice software, and a good agency will ask for them.
Your cheapest new patients
Most practices have hundreds of patients who came for a few visits, felt better and drifted away. Some of them hurt again now. A text or email campaign that invites them back often costs less per booked visit than ads do. Before paying for more new patients, ask each agency whether it does reactivation and how.
Questions to ask before you sign
- What will you report each month, and can I see a current client's report?
- What is the contract length, and what does it cost to leave?
- Do you work with another chiropractor near me?
- Who owns the website, ad accounts and Google Business Profile?
- Do you handle reactivation and missed calls, or only new traffic?
Where to start
If you are just opening or on a tight budget, a good website and a complete Google profile come first, and a low-cost provider can do that. If you are established and want more new patients from Google, a search specialist makes sense. If your schedule has gaps and your inactive list is long, start with reactivation. That is where we usually start with chiropractors. Our chiropractic marketing page explains how.

How much does chiropractic marketing cost?
It ranges widely. ChiroMatrix publishes plans starting from $99, while full-service and search-focused agencies charge more and usually quote after a call. Compare on cost per new patient.
Should a chiropractor use Facebook ads or Google Ads?
Google catches people already searching for a chiropractor or for help with pain. Facebook reaches people who haven't started looking. A lot of practices start with Google and add Facebook later.
What is patient reactivation?
Contacting past patients who stopped coming and inviting them back, usually by text or email. It is often the cheapest source of booked visits a practice has.
Do I need a chiropractic-only agency?
Not necessarily. A chiropractic-only agency knows the vocabulary and patient journey. A broader healthcare agency can do equally well if it measures new patients and visits, not clicks.
